CAUTIONARY STATEMENT

  • Sawing or grinding of concrete masonry units may result in the release of dust particles which could cause minor eye or nose irritation if proper protective equipment is not in place. The use of NIOSH approved respirator and tight fitting goggles is recommended when sawing or grinding operations are in progress. Please contact our office if further information is desired.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Any claims for errors or shortages must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of material.
  • All estimates are done in good faith.  Order quantities should be confirmed before purchasing. Rhodes is not responsible for discrepancies between jobsite requirements and estimated quantities.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 
  • The seller makes no express representations or warranties concerning the materials sold and delivered to the purchaser except that the said materials will conform to the descriptions thereof. 
  • The only implied warranty made by us in connection with the sale of the materials referred to and described on your invoice is that the said materials are of merchantable quality. All other implied warranties are excluded. 
  • Unpaid COD orders will not be left without payment.   A fee will be charged in the event payment is not available on site at the time of delivery.  Additional fees may apply if the material must be delivered at a later time/date due to payment not being available on site.    
  • Slight color/texture variations are to be expected in concrete/clay products.  We encourage customers to visit our yard and inspect the product before delivery to ensure the product is as expected.  

DELIVERY POLICIES

  • We provide curb delivery only and are not responsible for damages to driveways or anything beyond the curb line.
  • Mud, gravel, etc. carried from jobsite onto the road is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • At the time orders are shipped, it is assumed that both the jobsite is ready for the material and that there is proper access for our trucks. Towing fees incurred due to improper access conditions will be charged to the purchaser.   Additional fees will be billed to the customer for orders returned to our yard due to improper access conditions or any other reason beyond our control.
  • Our drivers will not handle any materials not sold or delivered by Rhodes Brick and Block Company.
  • Drivers will not be allowed to unload materials in any condition the driver deems unsafe. This is a safety precaution that will be strictly enforced.
  • Do not ask our drivers to do anything outside of their normal assigned responsibilities. To do so will jeopardize their safety and their jobs.

RETURN POLICY

  • All returns are subject to approval by a Rhodes employee.  
  • Returns may be refused for any reason.
  • A minimum 10% restocking fee will apply on any return.                                                                                                       
  • A receipt must accompany any items to be considered for return.
  • Returns will not be accepted more than 30 days past the original purchase date.
  • An additional fee may be charged for items picked up for return by our truck.
  • Returns are absolutely not allowed on the following items:
    • Bagged Products (Sand, mortar, cement, etc)
    • Veneer Stone
    • Damaged and/or dirty products
    • Partial Cubes of Brick
    • Special Order Items
    • Any other item deemed non returnable by a Rhodes employee.
